About this event
Come learn about what trauma is and why we respond the ways that we do. We'll learn about the different types of trauma, as well as a little bit of how our brains respond to trauma. Then we'll talk about a few simple ways to start loving people well. This is a 4 week class that builds on the class before it. Classes are 4 Mondays in January at 7pm Central, starting January 5 and ending January 26. Please plan to attend all four classes if possible. This is a great class for anyone who wants to understand how their actions and responses affect those with trauma!
